WHO ARE WE?

The Lone Star Leather Crafters guild was formed in the Fort Worth area in 1986 by a small group of leather enthusiasts. Today our guild is an international organization, and we've had members in Japan, Germany, Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Canada, South Africa, The Netherlands and the United States. We are novices, masters, saddlemakers and hobbyists willing to share in the crafting of leather.

WHERE AND WHEN DO WE MEET?

We meet once a month, usually on the second Tuesday, at 7 p.m. at Hide Crafter Leather Company in Fort Worth, Texas. At each meeting, we enjoy watching a demonstration or participating in a hands-on project, showing and telling about our latest projects, socializing, snacking, and discussing guild business. Guests are always welcome!

About 3 times each year, we change our meeting date to a Sunday afternoon and participate in a workshop, a swap meet or other fun activity. We also have two special meetings each year. One in August, celebrates summer with a picnic and pool party. The second, in December, celebrates the holidays with a dinner party, gift exchange, and holiday ornament competition.

Check our most recent newsletter to find out when and where our next meeting is and what we're planning for the near future. We'd like for you to join us!

Hide Crafter Leather Company is located at 7936 Hwy 80 West in Fort Worth, Texas.
